Most of the coaching centres have faculty who are available during their breaks between classes (or lunch breaks) and they answer the doubts of students who study there.

I'm not sure about the doubt centres, but surely there are teachers and their assistants who'll help you in your doubts if you approach them. (Especially in highly reputed coaching centres like Aakash)
