ABES Engineering College, Ghaziabad is one of the top engineering colleges of Ghaziabad. The college has good infrastructural facilities, along with air conditioners. WIFI facility, playgrounds, etc. There are seminar halls and also canteens. Also it has its own server for better communication. The faculty is well qualified and the college conducts activities to improve practical knowledge.

More than 75% students get placed every year, companies like TCS, Infosys, Capegemini, Airtel, HDFC, Justdial, etc. The college offers B.Tech, M.Tech, MBA and MCA course in various domains.

This answer will be biased towards CSE department as I belong to it and yeah the answer may not be applicable as a whole to other departments.

Starting with PROS:

1. Good campus with lush green playground.
2. Air conditioned buildings.
3. Helpful faculty.
4. Placements are fine. Highest package entitled was 14 LPA (2013-14) but no one grabbed it.
5. Plenty of activities like seminars, competitions, fests et cetera throughout the year.
6. No sign of any ragging.
7. Ranked in top 3 private engineering institutions (perhaps currently ranked #1 according to first year results).
8. Saraswati Mandir at entrance which compelled me to write it as a pro.
9. Whole campus is 24x7 under surveillance (though you might spot some spots which are not) and this helps both management and students.
10. Hostels organises their own fests for Diwali etc.
11. Labs are good and 24x7 wifi availability.
12. Library issues books for every semester though you pay for it but still.
13. Sir John Bakery Cafe, D's Cafe, Hangouts and Nescafe in campus.
14. Crossing Republic is aside to the campus so no problem in renting a flat if you want to feel the real engineer feeling.
15. Building strong alumni connection.
16. Various Centre of Excellences are setup already.
17. Prizes for scoring high percentages and in other areas too
