Hello Nandana !! Aadhar card is not mandatory to apply for neet .Recently,supreme court directed the CBSE not to make aadhar card mandatory for the enrolment of students appearing.Candidates can fill application form with alternative Identification numbers such as Ration card,passport,Bank account or other valid government number such as driving licence ,voter ID etc..
