Hi,
Bachelor's in Agriculture is a good course for pursuing.
After doing the B.sc degree you can even get campus placements from the institute you studied.
You can go for government sector Agriculture Development Officer, Agriculture Extension Officer, Horticultural Officer etc.
In private sector also you can work in many industries for research purposes .
You can even do agricultural journalism in it.
Coming to the salary package, you should not expect to have a hefty payment in the beginning whether it is any course. The salary increases with the experience your earn. If you are a new comer and just possess Bachelor's degree you can expect the starting salary to be 20k-25k and if you have further Masters degree you can get 35k-40k . Moreover , it also depends upon the place you got recruited as this the average salary scale.
It can vary with the places.

Hope it helps.

Best Wishes
