As per your question, i would say that it totally depends from college to another college.

There are many college under neet so it's basically more or less the same fees though few might be slightly higher. Coming to aiims, it has the same fees which is totally less than 6k even.

Now comparing both on fees depends on which college you choose from neet counseling with the aiims fees.

But getting aiims is really tough and all students aspire to be a aiims student afterall. If you get aiims and any other college, you should definitely choose aiims as its fee is very less and its education , job packages are best.

Aiims is the best option anyone can choose for mbbs.

Lastly depends totally on the candidate preference which would be better for the student.

AIIMS fees is divided into 2 Categories. Accademic and Hostel fees.Under Accademic and other fees, the total amount per year is Rs. 1628 and under Hostel and other fees, the total amount is Rs. 4228.  This is annual fees. Coming to other colleges, there are Government, Private, Self-financed, Deemed/Central Universities.Regarding the fees structure, it differs from a MBBS seat secured through All India Counselling and from State Counselling. The Annual tution fees for All India Quota seats is lowest for Maulana Azad Medical College at Rs.240 annually and is highest for Goa Medical College, Panaji at Rs. 89,500 per year. State Quota fees are determined by the respective State Counselling Authorities. It is again lowest for Maulana Azad at Rs. 250. Tamilnadu has an annual fees of Rs. 6,000 while Maharashtra has its fees capped at Rs. 70,900 per year.
