Is AIIMS MS/MD entrance a mere dream for an average student? Is it practical for a student of an average college to crack AIIMS PG?

Its always a dream to get into MD/MS Exams as there are sometimes even less than 10 total seats in a college. However you can go for Diplomas such as DO, DGO but even that is a dream. But there are DNB courses too for postgraduation in medicine. Or maybe these courses from private colleges or remote colleges. However if you are really studious, intelligent and lucky you might get into a remotely based AIIMS as there are multiple now. AIIMS Delhi is a dream yet it was not good for certain subjects like Gynaecology as compared to Safdarjung. Doing BTech Computer Science from IIT Delhi or Bombay is a laughing matter for someone (if supposing Maths=Bio, in all respects) who does even MBBS from AIIMS. So don't curse yourself.
