No, The AIQ online registrations haven't been started yet.
The central counselling bodies, which include the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) and the AYUSH Admissions Central Counseling Committee (AACCC), are yet to indicate when NEET 2021 UG medical seats will be available for counselling.
Medical students must apply online at mcc.nic.in for the 15% all-India seats and at aaccc.gov.in for admission to AYUSH programmes such as Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS), Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery (B.U.M.S.), Bachelor of Ayurveda Medicine and Surgery (BAMS), and Bachelor of Siddha Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) (BSMS). NEET counselling AYUSH courses are offered by the AACCC.

The AIQ or the counseling dates shall soon be released in the official website for admission into various courses such as MBBS, BDS etc. The seats filled under AIQ will be doneduring teh counseling process.
