Is all rank shown in gmr in wbjee counselling,? If yes then why obc-A, and others quota ranks are provided in rank card?

Hi,
No , not all ranks are in GMR . In the rank card if you are eligible for any particular quota (SC,ST,OBC-A,OBC-B) then your category rank will be shown in addition with GMR and these ranks will be helpful during the counselling process.

The seat are alloted to any students through their gmr rank.
But suppose you want that college or branch for which your gmr rank is not enough to fetch it.
Then in that case you can take advantage of your quota rank .
