Yashika, NTA's information bulletin says and we quote: The Counselling for successful candidates under 15% All India Quota seats and all seats of Deemed Universities/Central Universities/Seats of ESIC & AFMC including Delhi University (DU), BHU, AMU, AIIMS & JIPMER will be conducted by the MCC/DGHS for Undergraduate Medical Courses.
In simpler words, MBBS seats to AIIMS and JIPMER in all of AIIMS 15 branches and JIPMER 2 branches will be conducted through All India Counselling. Now All India Counselling will be conducted by the DGHS on behalf of the NMC. Now if you look at AFMC, it has its own admission process. AIIMS and JIPMER might also follow the same. But just to answer your question, admission to AIIMS and JIPMER will be conducted through All India Counselling.

Yes, all the seats in aiims mbbs will be through 15% All India Quota , also aiims mbbs examination has been scrapped off and now admission in all the aiims will be through neet examination. So prepare well for neet examination. Also neet application form has already been released on 2nd December , 2019 in online mode at ntaneet.nic.in and the last date to register and fill the application form of NEET 2020 is 31st December . So fill it as soon as possible.
