Hello,
Allen provides complete information for neet and their dlp books are enough. You have to read the full ncert first thoroughly after which you can use the Allen modules.
Of course physics and physical chemistry questions won't be the same and practicing a lot of questions will help.
So my advice is do ncert then Allen modules and then solve as many question papers as you can.
