Both these institutes are aces of the coaching industry. It is difficult task to choose the better out of them on a full picture. But, if you have to choose one of them then it depends on which exam you are preparing for. For engineering entrances Aakash would be a better choice and if you are opting for medical field then Allen is undoubtedly the best.
