Yes certainly Allen material is good for NEET , Aiims and Jipmer exams.

However you should build your concepts from Ncerts and then use other material for reference and Questions bank . As Ncerts provides you with a basic knowledge of each subject to build upon.

Without good basics it's not possible to solve complex and  tough mcq's.

Yes the Allen material is good enough but my suggestion is for you Prepare well with ncert solutions standards and later refer some of the top reference books and take the more mock tests
