Dear Alok,

In order to score good marks in NEET and AIIMS it is very important that your concepts are clear and you build strong fundamentals you can take help of NCERT books for that.

If your done with NCERT books then allen study material is sufficient with previous year papers and mock test series to score good marks in your exam.
