iit jam is conducted for admission to msc , integrated msc ,phd and integrated msc phd programs at various IITs and iisc.
Chemistry honour is an undergraduate honours course in chemistry. Some IITs provide B.S course which is bachelor in science undergraduate course of four years. Admission to this course are taken on the basis of jee exam after 12th.
Admission to integrated Msc Ph.D programs or two year's M.Sc program in chemistry are taken on the bais of graduation in chemistry subject at IITs and iisc.
To give jee exam as well as iit jam for admission to integrated msc chemistry or B.S in chemistry one does not requirers to have mathematics as a compulsory subject in 12th.

As per the eligibility to apply for IITJAM Chemistry Entrance Exam, You should have Chemistry for three years/six semesters subjects in Bachelor's Degree and should have Mathematics as essential subject at 10+2.

According to the latest eligibility criteria of IIT JAM Examination, to be eligible M.Sc. Chemistry or Chemistry(Hons.) courses you are not required to have Mathematics as an Essential subject at (10+2) level.
So, according to the eligibility criteria mention above you are eligible for Chemistry(Hons.) courses through IIT JAM.
