The spot round of all the government engineering colleges except Jadavpur University are held together. Please go through the website
West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board
In the above website, it will be declared when it will take place. So, please stay tuned. And pls visit the website at least once in a day. All the spot rounds of colleges including KGEC will take place there.
