To get into top colleges with branches such as CSE, IT or ECE, you need to score minimum of 650 marks or above in KEAM 2021.
You can get a detailed report of round wise cutoffs for different colleges from the link given below:

With a score of 100 marks it is very difficult to get into top colleges with any of the above marks.
You can try for private colleges with your marks or else you can even try to score well in other entrance exams which are considered for taking admission into various engineering colleges.
If you have applied for any of these exams then prepare well for it.
