No,,
There is no lateral entry admission in any of the campuses of BITS.
The only exam for undergraduate admissions is BITSAT. One has to qualify this exam to get admission in btech.

No, you cannot get admission in BITS Pilani
after completing diploma (in any field).
To get admission in BITS ,
You have to write the the bitsat entrance exam, also you need to the to secure a minimum of 75% in pcm combined with at least 60% in each of the pcm subjects in his 12th standard examinations. As the students with a diploma don't give 12th standard examinations, they are thus ineligible for the admission.

Students from science stream having appeared in class12th from PCM category and who have appeared for BITSAT are only eligible for BITS pilani.
Unfortunately diploma holders ar enot eligible.

Since BITS is a private institution but then also it does not intake the students through lateral entry. So roughly i can say you don't have any choice to join BITS after completion of your diploma. Better you should google other good private engineering colleges.
