No .but there is a scheme is called WBFS. Its condition is only make your marks above then 8.5 then govt will pay your all marks.

I am sorry but WB Jee consider other state students as a general catagory.
By securing good rank you will get following rank wise best colleges in West bengal:

2. Bengal Engineering and Science University
