There are several jobs available in the medical field ranging from the mod by are compounder to the surgeon, depending on your educational degree and qualifications.
Only considering the class 12th percentage into account for jobs in the medical field, then date cannot apply for jobs of doctors and surgeons, and will get chances as Hospital staff, cleaners, clerks etc.
