Abhishek. you will only need the following documents for Document Verification and Admission process:

  1. NEET 2020 Admit card
  2. NEET 2020 Score card
  3. 10 th marks sheet
  4. 12th marks sheet
  5. ID Proof
  6. 8 passport size photographs
  7. Provisional allotment letter
  8. Domicile certificate
  9. Category Certificate if applicable
  10. PWD Certificate if applicable

You need not produce your 11th marks sheet.

No college asks for class 11 marksheet in neet admission process. It depends only on your rank and class 12 minimum eligibile marks.
