Is any obc certificate holder come under creamy layer then he/she will get advantage of this certificate for getting admission in MBBS seats plzzz anybody help me....I am very thankful to you if you help me..

Dear candidate

Any OBC certificate holder which comes under non- creamy layer get advantage of the reserved seats or otherwise creamy layer candidate doesn't get benefits of it they are same as general. If your parents income are less than 8 lakh/annum then you are eligible for non- creamy layer. OBC- NCL gets 27% reservation for their caste in AIQ and state quota counseling.

There is No Reservation and Advantages for OBC Creamy layer Students, you will be Allotted seats through Unreserved Category or General Category. OBC Creamy layer Students are equals to General Category Students.

Creamy layer Students considered relatively wealthier and better educated members of the Other Backward Classes (OBC) who are not eligible for reservations and government sponsored educational and professional benefit programs.

The person who earn more than 8 lakh rupees per annum comes under Creamy layer and who earn below 8 lakh rupees per annum comes under Non-Creamy layer and The OBC Reservation is applicable only for OBC Non-Creamy layer.
