I am sorry to say that the chances are very low. Well getting into a government medical college is next to impossible but you may get into a semi government college or a private college.

Dear Sir / Ma'm, we advise aspirants to keep a score of 460 and above to be on the safer side in order to be able to get medical seats in government colleges. However, with a score of 200, you would not be able to get any government medical college. If you wish to study in any private medical college, you may get there in their management quota the fees of which is usually sky-high.
