It's very difficult to predict the eligibility criteria which will be use for determination of applicants in the year 2025 from now, so I am going to tell you the basic eligibility criteria which are followed in the current years.

The lower age limit for appearing is NEET examination is 17 years, rarest upper age limit is 25 years for general candidates. Moreover, the candidate should must have taken Biology as one of his main subjects while appearing his class 12th Board examinations.

You can not predict if there will be any changes in the eligibility criteria, exam pattern, qualifying degree marks, number of attempts, etc for the year 2025. Such decisions are made by the conducting body and will be released well ahead of the exam date giving you time to prepare your self.
