NEET 2024: Cutoff (OBC, SC, ST & General Category)

NEET 2025: Syllabus | Most Scoring concepts | NEET PYQ's (2015-24)
Hello Vinay!
There are indeed many such students who might have scored just 50% or 60% in boards or intermediate exam but scored really well in NEET and got a seat in MBBS college.
The eligibility criteria to attend NEET is that the candidates must have scored atleast an aggregate of 50%(for general category) and 45% for(SC/ST/OBC) in PCB. The qualifying marks in NEET is 720-147 for general category and 146-113 for other categories. However, it is not sufficient to just qualify NEET in order to get a seat. The competition at present is tremendous and you will need to score really well in NEET. Usually the cutoff for government medical colleges varies from 500-600 for unreserved categories. Also, cutoff varies depending on a number of factors too including number of seats available, number of candidates etc. Private colleges usually have lesser cutoff than govt.
If you have already given NEET then you can use our college predictor tool given here to predict your college:
