Hi,
Is your query for NTSE? Well yes, you'd have to fill in the form and get it attested by the school principal. Only after the attestation, will the form be sent to NCERT office and then your admit card be released.
If your query is regarding a different exam, please specify.

But the form has optional.There has been written that gazetted officer can also attested the form as their is written on application form.
Am I right it can be attested by gazetted officer.
