Is AP/TS management quota fee fixed or defined by college? Do I select either Mgmt Quota or NRI during state counselling? Or, is it offline?

Dear Sambhavi, the fees of management quota is fixed by the college. It is a little more than the general seats fees. If you are a non resident Indian you must go for NRI quota during state counselling. Else you can apply in management quota seats. Counselling procedure is completely online including the choice filling and registration.
