is architecture is included in civil engineering diploma or not...nd how should we choose the architecture in civil engineering in diploma course only ....and after completing civil engineering diploma are we will be directly transferred innthe Second year degree in architecture

hi,
see civil engineering and architecture is two different course. In civil engineering architectural structures , designs, product management and structural engineering included. where in architecture course mostly computer and in hand design techniques involved. so if you have completed diploma in civil engineering you are eligible to join btech civil engineering course from second year. you have to appear in state wise lateral entry entrance test or need to apply for particular institute.
however bachelor of architecture is five years duration course, however to join as lateral students you have to complete diploma course in architecture.
