Both are good Books, But i personally practiced Ncert On Finger tips By MTG for biology specially. You can revise any topic quickly.

As far as the text is concerned, you must study from books which closely follow NCERT books. To practice questions, you can trust sources that provide you with MCQs from previous exams or questions related to them.

Both of them are equally good. But i preffered MTG books, as they are of minimum errors and the question are exactly the same which are asked in various exams,which at some point arihant books lack.
So i would suggest you to go for MTG books , to practise well and save your precious time and not wasting it on finding and clearing errors..
