Yes , Asansol engineering college is best for civil engineering as around 25% of the students from our course got placed. The highest salary package offered was 4.5 lac per annum and the lowest salary package offered was 1.2 lac per annum The average salary package offered was around 2 lac per annum . Further it has good infrastructure is very good. Wi-Fi facility is available on our campus, and there are very well equipped labs . As civil engineering is the basic course among all courses of engineering, so placements  arranges fest and events every year. Even much scope to get scholarships here.

B tech civil engineering at Asansol Engineering College is a very good course for civil engineering. It is a 4 years undergraduate course. The course is offered by Maulana Abdul Kalam Azad University of Technology, Kolkata.
The admissions to the corse are done on the basis of either WBJEE or JEE Mains score and rank.
The basic eligibility criteria for admission is that the candidate seeking admission to the 1st year B-Tech Degree Course in our College should have a minimum aggregate of 45% marks in Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry. The candidates should also have pass marks in theory papers Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry.
The total fees for four years is Rs 4.21 lakh.
The faculty and the facilities by the Institute are quite good. In terms of placements, it is average.
