Asutosh College, Kolkata is currently among the top 5 affiliated colleges of West Bengal for Physics Honours. This college has been accredited by NAAC A Grade. In terms of Academics, Asutosh college gives tough competition to others. Well equipped library, laboratories and other facilties are provided properly. The course is backed up renowned faculties and most of them are PhD scholars. However, there is no placements for Bachelor of Science in Physics, but the college tries to fetch companies like Accenture, TCS, Wipro etc to the college for placement. Undergraduate students get proper Exposure. Projects, Workshops and Lecture events are organized very frequently. Most of the students opt for Higher studies.
