I don't get it are you asking about taking admission in that course, and preparation for bams . Or you are asking about the curriculum and syllabus of this curriculum.
Dear student if you are asking about the curriculum then every thing , every course have its own pros and cons so it would be difficult to tell if it's difficult or not because for some it's not and for some it is.
