No,B Ed is not equal to M.Sc. Basically, B Ed is a graduation course where as M Sc is a post Graduation Course.B.Ed is a Bachelor degree where as M.Sc is a Masters course.After finishing the +2,we can do B Ed where as Msc is done after finishing the graduation,But there are also dual degree courses(integrated courses) where  you can do both BEd and MSc together.
