Yes Btech is offered in the civil engineering stream, infact its one of the core engineering branch of Btech. To get admission into top government colleges in BTECH, you must have Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in your +2 with minimum 75% for top institutes and minimum 60% for the mediocre institutes.
