The answer to your question, sadly, is, NO. Behrampur University only offers M.A., Ph.D. and D.Litt Programs in Mass communication.
However there are tons of other colleges and universities that do offer Batchelors degree in Journalism and/or mass communication; more than 500, if you go by this list - https://goo.gl/8s7WKu
