is BA necessary to enter in BBA LLB as I am in grade 12 or can we enter in the course as an UG?

Nope! BBA LLB is a 5 year integrated LLB course. This course gives you two degrees at a time. As a result you didn't have to do BA in order to get admitted there.
For admission to such courses you need to clear the entrance examination such as CLAT, MAH-LLB etc.
