on comparing both the institutions for engineering, BBD will provide you all better facilities and academics than AKTU.in BBD,you can have good academics and excellent infrastructure.in placement-wise,bbd has good records but there are few top companies and many start-ups are visiting their campus.so it is my suggestion only,the decision is upto you.
