the best institute to do B.design is NIFT. the entrance exam of NIFT has already been conducted an results have been declared.
you may apply for B.design at pearl academy but it is expensive.
you may even apply for b.design at delhi technological university (dtu). admission is merit based.
if you are not academically well then you may apply at amity university, noida.
