BAMS, of-course has the greater potential than BHMS. Ayurveda is getting an edge over allopathy etc.
When it comes to graduation in Ayurvedic medical science, the students will be taught entire subjects that involve knowledge of this field, inclusive of modern science. In this course, the study load for students will be more as compared to MBBS and BHMS.

In BHMS, students will learn only some areas of modern science, while the other subjects will be mainly focusing on homeopathic medicines. When it comes to study load, it will be equal to MBBS or even slightly more as well. Here, it will be difficult for students to remember different medicines for different conditions as per homeopathic material medical.

Both are the good courses and have its own scope and value  , and it depends on your interest in which field you want to get into,

After completion of BAMS degree one can either continue General practice or pursue higher studies, they have opportunities to work in Hospitals , health care administration and health supervision ,

Coming to homeopathy it is a graduate degree in homeopathy which will be awarded after completion of five and half year's of completion of study including internship ,

Both the courses are good and have a scope if you are having determination towards it ,

After completion of this you can go for any specializations ,like pediatrics , psychiatry, homeopathic pharmacy,

Most homeopathic doctors open private clinics or hospitals ,
