MHTCET is a State level Entrance examination for courses like Engineering, Technology and Pharmacology programmes. But it is not for BAMS. Now NEET is the entrance examination for admission to Medical, Dental, Ayush and Veterinary programmes across India. Now there is no more State Level Entrance Exam for any medical course. Everything is through NEET, which is a National Level Entrance Examination.
