hi,

see generally bba course is a 3 years duration course. you may go for general bba course as well as specialized bba courses. in general bba course syllabus has includes marketing, finance, audit, tally and enterprise software courses. now there is many bba specialization course available like bba in finance, bba in hospital management,. bba in shipping and logistics etc.  bba in shipping and logistics course involves with import export business statistics, management system, logistics and supply chain management etc. so it has no relation with merchant navy. however you may join merchant navy after 10th or 12th.

After completion of 12th course, interested candidates can appear for the Indian Maritime University Common Entrance Test (IMU CET) or the All India Merchant Navy Entrance Exam. This exam is generally conducted in the month of May. The other exams that can also serve as a gateway for Marine Engineering are JEE, MERI Entrance Exam, TIMSAT.
