Dear Nikit,
Yes,It is valid. you are eligible to appear in Central and State government jobs.
Candidate passed 12th from a recognised board are eligible to appear in
entrance examination.
Bihar Board of Open Schooling Examination is a recognised board.
So, for final recruitment in job you have to appear and qualify in all the stages of examination.

It's an autonomous board..... not valid in all region of india except bihar...

Just interviewer will ask to you that why you choosen open schooling over regular school and you have to reply them with full of confidenti that what you faced..
I can understand that you were a cbse student and they crossed in few subjects by awarding you 4-5 marks.. Don't worry go ahead and be happy..
