Yes BCA is a bachelor's degree. Bachelor Of Computer Applications (BCA) is a 3 years undergraduate degree program. After completing your BCA, you can opt for Master of Computer Applications (MCA). So after BCA you are eligible For Upsc, SSC, Railway, Banking jobs, and many more government exams. But if you want to pursue a computer related job, as you are a BCA graduate, then you can look for the job vacancies in NIC(National Informatics Center).
