As you are from science background that's why, you are compatible with any of the streams between arts, science and commerce.. Well, if you are interested in B.Com  want to be something related to this course (eg: CA) , then easily you can apply for this UG course .. make sure that , with science background .. you can gain any other skills related to B.com  syllabus like accounting , finance etc. but, you can easily catch up the science related topics in your B.Sc .Well,It's totally based on your interest on any respective study domain!
