Is B.E EEE is enough for good job or one has to do higher studies ?

Your job and package depend on your college reputation, it's placement history in hat particular branch and most importantly, your knowledge and pointers in the course you are pursuing.
Electrical and Electronics Engineering is a decent branch. So if you are pursuing it in a decent college and scoring good marks, you will get a good job. But if the placements of EEE in your college is not good or you are not scoring good, then you need to go for masters to get a good job.
