No, the eligibility criteria for M. Sc physics is B. Sc. ( hons) physics with a minimum aggregate of 50% considering all three years of B. Sc.
Hence, you are not eligibile for Me. Sc. Physics in BHU but you can try in universities like JNU, DU, University of Hyderabad and institutions admitting engineers on the basis of GATE score. There are other options such as IIT JAM Exam or MS course and abroad opportunities like physics GRE, general GRE, IELTS, TOEFEL.
