All the courses that you have mentioned which is junior basic training/elementary teacher training or diploma in elementary education are basically teacher training program for a duration of two years, and it's eligibility criteria is based on passed 10+2 from a recognized board securing 45% or above aggregate depending upon the norms of the colleges, you don't have to be a graduate to pursue any of the courses mentioned above, with 12th passed educational qualification and meeting the required aggregate and other essential factors you are eligible to apply for the same.
