Hi
There is no linguistic quota for West Bengal for now
It is applicable in Karnataka for minorities who speak Tamil, Telugu, Tulu or kodava. These are the languages spoken in Karnataka alongwith their native language.

Hello Aspirant!
Linguistic Minority means, a group of people speaking a minor language in a particular area or place. Basically, It is a reservation provided to those people who speak a minor language in a particular area or place.
Linguistic Minority in NEET exam is a type of quota given to the students depending on their domicile or mother tongue. State of Karnataka where linguistic minority status is given to Tamil, Telugu, Kodava & Tulu of Karnataka only. So, it varies for the colleges depending on their location.
So in West Bengal some Medical colleges can have some reservation for own state students over other state but Linguistic Minority is not present. Whereas some of the national level colleges like AIIMs don't have any quota like this.
All The Best for your Bright Future!
