VIT Vellore the oldest University as compared to  both, it established on 1984. Its education quality is superior. Competition to get a seat here is higher. And placement record is also very good although it's carry on your own quality also. Faculties are too good infrastructure is also too good.

But another side if you look at Bennet University it is the newest. it established on 2016.its infrastructure is also good. But as it is newest so the placement record is not too good but the faculties are good.

So according to me you should option for VIT Vellore.

At any cost VIT , Vellore is better than Bennet university. It has a better placement rate and also better placements are provided by this university than Bennett University. Vellore Institute was established in 2001 while Bennett University was established in 2016. The campus area is also bigger of Vellore University while in comparison to Bennett University. VIT is a grade A University while valid universities ranking is unknown.
