Im really sorry to say that this query is incomplete or wrong .Mostly Result is depends upon our skills and handwork put in this particular entrance test or b pharma .But if you wants to join B pharma then you must appear entrance test and if you are good scoring in entrance test then you will eligible for top university and after taking admission in top college you can explore your self by your skills and b. pharma  result is mandatory because at the time of placement it is mandatory .
