Yes, it provides B.tech course.

To take admission in IIT (BHU) you have to qualify JEE Main exam first then you can appear in JEE Advanced in order to take admission.

To be eligible make sure you should have 75% marks in your board exam or you should be in top 20 percentile. For SC/ST you should have 65% marks.

Yes, I am telling you about Banaras Hindu University only it is IIT BHU.
